Ninety percent of moving damage happens to ten percent of items: crockery, glassware, mirrors, and electronics. Our packing crews handle these daily across Jharkhand. Here are the ten rules they never break.
The ten rules
- Wrap every plate individually; stack them vertically like records, never flat
- Fill every glass and cup with crumpled paper before wrapping outside
- Use five layers for electronics: paper, bubble, foam, corrugated sheet, carton
- Mark mirrors with a masking tape X, then sandwich between foam and cardboard
- Never use newspaper directly on white crockery; ink transfers permanently
- Small boxes for heavy fragile items; big boxes tempt overloading
- Fill every gap in the carton; movement inside the box is what breaks things
- Label FRAGILE on all four sides plus the top, with the room name
- Keep original boxes for televisions if you have them; nothing fits better
- Load fragile cartons last, on top, never under books or utensils
Why professionals still matter
Material makes half the difference. Our teams carry thermocol corners, printed fragile tape and double wall cartons that shops rarely sell in small quantities. If you want experts to handle just the delicate items while you pack the rest, our packing and unpacking service works exactly that way, anywhere from Dhanbad to Gumla.
One broken dinner set often costs more than professional packing for the whole kitchen. Pack smart, or call +91-99393-00224 and we will do it for you.
